Sinterball are spherical spheres of alpha Aluminium oxide. This product is very well suited for monumental masonry applications and the use of Sinterball as a blast media for Headstone etching and letter engraving has resulted in good performance with a long lifespan and compares well to aluminium oxide which is a much more expensive alternative.
